Every property owner is a member of the Dutchland Woods Property Owners Association (DWPOA) and shares in all the benefits. This includes the White House which is our community center, the swimming pool, picnic areas and tables, fishing lake, playground and equipment, baseball diamond, tennis courts, volleyball court and basketball courts. We have many social events and parties held in the White House for your enjoyment.
Members of D.W.P.O.A. are represented by 5-9 elected trustees who meet monthly to carry out the directive given by the property owners at the annual meeting. This includes control of budget and maintenance of facilities. These meetings are open to any members of the D.W.P.O.A. and are usually held on the third Sunday of each month at 7:30 pm at the White House.
