Committees
All committees are comprised of a Trustee Member and Volunteer Residents, each commitee is responsible to review, organize and implements tasks worthy of improvements (both for aesthetics as well as for safety). Committees are also to review and address residents concerns or complaints. The following are the current list of committee's and the responsible Trustee Contact. (Committees are to work within Budget Limits - may either subcontract work out or self-perform tasks)
Pool Commitee (Dan Remely)
Currently reviewing Pool Rules, Lifeguard Duties, Shad Structures, Smoking Area, & Baby Gate Improvement.
Grounds Commitee (Pam Nothnagel & Stacey Turner)
Currently working on clearing and re-establishing the Walking Trails, Resurfacing of Tennis Courts. Looking for Volunteers for Assistance with the Landscaping Feature at Dutchland & Yankee Community Sign.
Whitehouse Comittee
Overseeing Whitehouse Maintanence & Repairs. Current Projects: Modifying Dance Floor Railing to meet Code, Replace Bar Floor, Shelving Improvements in Kitchen & Storage Area, Subfloor repair in formal gathering area.
Playground Commitee (Pam Nothnagel)
Re-Address Drainage Flow, Weed Control, Mulch Thickness, and Constuct New Toddler Play Area.
